
ABOUT BREAK NEVER BURY ATHLETICS
My name is Barry Caudle, founder of Break Never Bury Athletics.
I am a NASM-certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience and a performance coach dedicated to developing complete athletes through intentional training, movement mastery, and long-term development. My approach is rooted in real experience—built through adversity, refined through discipline, and driven by a relentless pursuit of growth.
I didn’t come up with elite training, private coaching, or a clear path laid out for me. Growing up as part of a minority group, I had to figure it out on my own—learning through experience, setbacks, and resilience.
My athletic journey hasn’t been perfect. I missed my final high school basketball season, and my football career was cut short before my freshman year even began. But one thing never left me—the drive to compete.
That same drive is what pushed me to train differently.
After a career-ending collegiate injury, I faced one of the toughest battles: self-doubt and fluctuating weight—being labeled everything from “skinny-fat” to overweight. Rebuilding wasn’t just physical—it was mental. During that process, I had a vision and respect for the art of athletic performance—how to get the body to move,adapts, and performs at its highest level.
Through rehab, I rebuilt my strength from the ground up. I returned to competition through CrossFit and adult leagues, continuing to chase growth and refine my craft. Over the past decade, I’ve applied both lived experience and professional training to help athletes of all levels understand the difference between training hard and training with purpose.
I’m still evolving, still sharpening my edge, and still working toward being at the top of my game—and that’s exactly what I bring to every athlete I train.
Break Never Bury Athletics was built on that mindset.
This is more than training—it’s about longevity, mechanics, and staying ready. Because you never know when life will call you back to compete again.
