I’ve been training people for over 20 years, helping clients accomplish their goals. I’ve been working out since I was 13, as I was mentored and trained properly by my neighbor, in which led to me competing as a pro boxer, pro mma fighter, and amateur bodybuilder. These experiences have given me the knowledge to train clients and accomplish their goals.
