My name is Frank Mercuri III, I am a business owner, husband, father of 3 and a US Army Veteran. I’ve been an athlete most of my life but I wasn’t always into “Health & Fitness,” until I met my coach 4 years ago. It was my coach who really changed how I saw my self at the ripe age of 46 and introduced me to a whole new world of fitness. Since then, I’ve developed a deeper appreciation for Health & Fitness and for the body building industry. I have personally competed in Men’s Physique & Men’s Classic Physique working towards receiving my Pro Card. What keeps me motivated is seeing how my body always changes when I’m preparing for a competition, but also seeing my transformation. Additional, I have received many requests to help train others. I have taken on this role now as a personal trainer to help others reach their health & fitness goals. When I see how they have changed in just a couple of weeks, that get’s me excited! Whether you are looking for weight loss or have a desire to compete, as your personal trainer, I will push you beyond what you think you can do but most of all I will be committed to helping you reach your goals!
