BECKY PACE

ABOUT

I’m a 32-year-old mom of two, plus two incredible bonus kids, and movement has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up playing water polo and swimming competitively throughout high school, while also competing in equestrian sports. Athletics taught me discipline early on, but like many people, I spent years in and out of the gym without ever fully committing to myself.

Everything changed after I suffered a stroke related to a brain aneurysm.

That life-altering moment forced me to reevaluate everything. I stopped making excuses. I started showing up for myself. Through strength training and structured fitness, I rebuilt not just my body, but my confidence, resilience, and identity.

I became certified because I wanted to help others learn how to properly use their bodies, move with intention, and build real strength safely and effectively. My approach focuses on confidence, longevity, proper mechanics, and sustainable progress.

I work with men and women of all ages, from beginners to athletes to seniors, helping them feel strong, capable, and empowered in their own skin.

I am also on my own journey to compete in Women’s Figure Bodybuilding in 2027, continuing to challenge myself while guiding others toward their goals.

You don’t have to be perfect to start. You just have to start.
