My name is Dean and I started in the athletic realm when I was 13 by going to Limitless Sports Academy and then playing football all throughout high school. I started training athletes because I wanted to give people what I didn’t realize I wanted until later and give them the personal training needed to succeed in their sports goals. I got involved coaching because of my dad who has been a trainer for 20 + years, training under him and learning from his experience. I enjoy coaching because I love helping people and as a Christian I’m called to help others and spread the love of Christ, and  I feel that by helping coach athletes, I can do that. My goals for the people I work with are to improve their overall athletic performance, explosiveness, strength and ability
