Hi everyone! My name is Audrey and I am a coach, aspiring dietitian, and absolute lover of fitness!
Personally, as a individual who grew up running and dancing, I never truly understood the importance of strength training. I had been surrounded by a world that discouraged building muscle mass in hopes of looking a certain way. After entering my freshman year of college, I began to lose sight of fitness after stepping back from running, dealing with a lack of confidence and discomfort in my body overall. After rediscovering the gym in 2022, I began to find myself again and was surprised with the strength I had within me. My passions for strength training grew into a love that found me teaching Group Classes, Olympic Weightlifting, and offering one on one training while in college.
Since my time at UC Davis, I have grown to love coaching and helping others through fitness. I am not only your coach, but someone you can rely on to help you achieve your goals. As someone who has a "hard work pays off" mentality I believe anyone can work to achieve the fitness goals they have for themself. I aspire to be your biggest cheerleader helping you in your gym as well as helping you with your nutrition! With a comprehensive focus on both personal training and nutrition, let's get you feeling like the strongest and healthiest version of yourself!
